Yes. Many Arvo products support laser engraving for initials, names, or short text. If personalization is available, you will see the engraving option on the product page before adding the item to cart.
Yes. Premium leather develops a natural patina with use. Small marks, tonal changes, and softening are part of the material's character, not defects.

Arvo's lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover normal patina, cosmetic wear from daily use, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
