Warranty coverage

ARVO provides a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Examples of manufacturing defects

Manufacturing defects may include faulty stitching, defective hardware, or defective assembly, where confirmed upon review.

Exclusions

Subject to applicable law, the warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, natural variations or changes in leather appearance, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

How to request assistance

Contact ARVO with your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

Remedies

For an eligible claim, ARVO will provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Statutory rights

This limited warranty supplements, and does not reduce, any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
