Where We Ship
ARVO currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States only. Our gifts are prepared and shipped from China.
Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared within 1β3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Orders requiring clarification or approval of personalized artwork may take longer; we will contact you if additional information is needed.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $9.90 per order for eligible orders of 1β4 standard gift sets. We do not currently offer free shipping.
For orders of five or more gift sets, multiple delivery addresses, or special shipping requests, please request a bulk quote. Shipping charges for these orders will be confirmed before payment.
Delivery Times
Available delivery estimates will be shown during checkout when available. Transit times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. A requested closing date or event date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we specifically confirm it in writing.

Import Duties and Taxes
ARVO is responsible for applicable import duties and customs clearance charges on its U.S. shipments. Gift recipients should not be asked to pay these import charges upon delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, please contact us before paying it.
Any U.S. sales tax collected at checkout is separate from import duties.
Tracking and Address Changes
We will provide tracking information when your order ships and tracking becomes available.
Please check the recipient's name, street address, unit number, ZIP code, and contact details before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Shipping Problems
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution. If we cannot ship within the time promised at purchase, we will provide the notices and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
