Lifetime Warranty
Our Promise
We stand behind every product we make. All ARVO leather products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship β for as long as you own the product.
What's Covered
If your product fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship under normal use, we'll make it right. This includes:
- Stitching that comes undone
- Hardware failure (buckles, clasps, snaps, keychain rings)
- Adhesive failure causing delamination or separation
- Any manufacturing defect that affects the product's function
What's Not Covered
- Natural leather patina and aging: Leather naturally darkens, softens, develops marks and color variation, and takes on a unique sheen over time. This is what full-grain leather is supposed to do β it's a feature, not a defect
- Cosmetic wear from daily use: Scratches, scuffs, edge wear, surface marks, and stretching are normal signs of a well-used leather product
- Damage from misuse: Drops, impacts, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, extreme heat, or improper care
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss or theft
- Damage to your device or personal property
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us through our Contact page or via email
- Include your order number (proof of purchase)
- Provide a written description of the issue
- Attach clear photographs showing the defect
We'll review your case within 1β2 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll provide a free replacement or store credit equal to the original purchase price. At our discretion, we may ask you to return the defective product for inspection.
Terms
- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Valid for products purchased directly from ARVO or authorized retailers
- Not valid for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or auction sites
- We reserve the right to limit warranty replacements in cases of suspected abuse
A Note on Leather
Leather is a natural material. No two pieces are identical β subtle grain variation, tonal shifts, and small natural marks are signatures of genuine full-grain leather, not defects. Over time, your product will develop a patina: a rich, unique character that reflects how you've used it. This is exactly what we design for. If you're looking for a product that stays factory-new forever, leather may not be the right material for you. If you're looking for something that gets better with age β welcome.
