Arvo stands behind the materials and workmanship of every product.

If your Arvo product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the product, contact us and we will review the issue and make it right.

What is covered

The lifetime warranty covers defects related to materials or workmanship under normal use.

What is not covered

Normal leather patina, cosmetic wear, color changes from daily use, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to harsh conditions, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
